Officially 6th Dan in Jissenkō Ryū Karate

Today marks one of the greatest milestones of my life — the official founding of Jissenkō Ryū Karate and the formal recognition of my rank within the style I built.

Before today’s ceremony, my most senior students, the co-founder of Voracious Karate, and I had long, honest discussions about what rank truly reflects the skill, knowledge, responsibility, and thousands of hours of work that went into creating this martial art.

And together — openly, transparently, and with complete integrity — we agreed:

**I am officially recognised as a 6th Dan Black Belt in Jissenkō Ryū Karate.** 🥋✨

This was not automatic.

This was not assumed.

This was not self-appointed.

It was earned, justified, discussed, and formally signed by the founding members — the people who have witnessed my training, my study, my teaching, my research, and the evolution of this system from day one.

For nearly two decades, Karate has shaped my entire life.

I’ve trained almost every week since age three, spent thousands of hours refining technique, sharpening combat skill, building self-defence realism, studying criminology, and developing the full curriculum step by step.

**6th Dan represents the level required to create, pressure-test, and teach a complete martial art with honesty and realism — nothing more and nothing less.**

This is the beginning of a new era for Jissenkō Ryū Karate.

And I will continue to lead it with discipline, truth, and the highest standards possible.
