People always ask me what the real secret is behind my karate.
Why I fight the way I do.
Why my students develop such unique styles.
Why Jissenkō Ryū became its own system instead of staying Wado.
Here it is:
Clay.
Yes — clay.
Let me explain 👇
For me, clay represents everything that real martial arts should be.
🟣 1. Clay can become anything
Raw clay starts soft, shapeless, adaptable.
That’s how I see students.
You don’t force them into a mould — you shape them based on who they already are.
Every person becomes their own fighter, not a carbon copy of the instructor.
🟣 2. No two pieces of clay are identical
Traditional Karate sometimes demands everyone move the same, block the same, stand the same.
That’s not realism.
That’s not combat.
In Jissenkō Ryū, every student grows into their own form.
Just like clay — no two outcomes match.
🟣 3. Clay is hardened under pressure
Clay becomes strong only after fire.
Same with martial artists.
My pressure drills, Court of Conflict, March of the Dan, normal-clothes self-defence hour, chaotic sparring, and psychological modules…
Those are the flames.
They turn raw material into something unbreakable.
🟣 4. Clay can always be reshaped
Even now — even as the founder of a style — I’m still learning, still growing, still evolving.
I’m not stone.
I’m not finished.
I’m clay.
That mindset built my entire system.
🟣 5. Clay is honest
It doesn’t hide flaws.
It shows fingerprints, pressure, impact.
That’s Jissenkō Ryū:
Real.
Raw.
Honest.
No ego.
Just truth, pressure, and growth.
⸻
This is the philosophy behind my Karate.
Behind my teaching.
Behind the new style.
Behind everything I’ve built.
I don’t train people to copy me.
I train them to sculpt themselves.
And now, with Jissenkō Ryū about to enter a new era… the clay is ready to be shaped into something historic.
🥋🔥 Jissenkō Ryū Karate — forged like clay, hardened in fire, built on truth. 🔥🥋
