    • Must include kata, bunkai, striking combinations, defence drills, and the A.A.E.E.L. and V.E.R.B.A.L. codes

    • Emphasis on layered explanation, tactical depth, and student comprehension

  3. Concept & Curriculum Seminar

    • Provide a written summary or resource sheet for attendees

  4. High-Level Feedback Assessment

    • Submit detailed written feedback showing understanding of technical progression, individual learning styles, and motivational goal-setting

  5. Crisis Drill Simulation

    • Manage a staged classroom disruption (e.g. injury, aggressive visitor, equipment failure)

    • Maintain class structure, safety, and authority without external help

  6. Professionalism & Conduct Audit

    • Show consistent punctuality, dress code, body language, communication, and calm leadership across the full 6-month period

    • Any lapse in discipline or ethics may delay or cancel assessment

  7. Reflective Essay – 1,000 Words

    • Must reflect on leadership, safeguarding, teaching integrity, and personal growth

Upon Completion, You Will Receive

• Level 3 Sensei Certificate

• Assistant Sensei Qualification Certificate

• Official recognition as a Certified Sensei of Voracious Karate

• A brand-new uniform with the exclusive Sensei logo on the right shoulder

You will now be authorised to lead full Voracious Karate classes independently, represent the club publicly, and act as a senior mentor and instructor within the dojo.
