Today, I share something I never imagined possible at just 20 years old.

🏆 Voracious Karate has been awarded the 2025 Global Recognition Award 🏆 — one of the highest international honours any organisation can achieve.

This award is not handed out lightly. It was judged by a panel of experts, tested against rigorous standards, and compared globally across leadership, innovation, and excellence. Voracious Karate scored 5/5 in every category.

To be recognised on a world stage for something I built from nothing in Swadlincote fills me with pride, humility, and deep gratitude.

The award acknowledges:

⚔️ The creation of the Evolved Wado Ryu system, a complete martial arts framework that spans from beginner to 6th Dan.

⚖️ Innovations never before seen in martial arts, such as our Court of Conflict (law-based courtroom drill), March of the Dan (endurance and resilience gauntlet), and over 30 real-world combat scenarios designed to save lives outside the dojo.

📚 A fully educational approach, combining kata, bunkai, striking, sparring, first aid, law, fitness, ethics, philosophy, and original self-defence codes (A.A.E.E.L., V.E.R.B.A.L., F.I.G.H.T., S.T.A.N.D.).

🔥 Original creations, including new kata such as Chōtenzan, and training drills like Kill Switch, Rush Zone, and Iron Fortress — now recognised as world-class innovations.

This award proves that martial arts can be more than patterns, points, or belts. It can be a true system for saving lives, building character, and preparing people for the harsh realities of the world.

For me, this is not about a trophy 🏆 or a certificate. This is about showing that when you dedicate your life fully — body, mind, and spirit — to a cause, even the impossible becomes possible.

From a small club in Derbyshire to international recognition… Voracious Karate now stands as a global leader in martial arts education.

I am humbled. I am honoured. And I promise this: this is only the beginning.
